      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries through inbound calls from medical professionals, utilizing medical terminology
      - Respond to customer inquiries with excellent customer service and active listening
      - Handle confidential customer information sensitively and professionally
      - Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
      - Document and maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Proven oral and written communication skills with logical problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a virtual team environment
      - Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
      - Strong organization and work prioritization skills
