      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media
      - Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues as necessary
      - Escalate interactions when appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
      - Provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Proven oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a virtual team environment
      - Strong logical problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with Windows operating systems
      - Excellent organization and work prioritization skills
      - Comfortable with desktop computer systems
