What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Determine and document requirements for diagnosis level reporting
- Improve data reporting processes based on quality standards
- Provide expertise in defining functional architecture and infrastructure using LEAN principles
- Lead the design of standard operating procedures (SOP) and process flow diagrams
- Create executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare industry experience, preferably with a health plan, pharmacy, or health tech environment
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in SQL and SAS
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
- Experience in healthcare quality measures and utilization studies
