      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, prepare, interpret, and monitor complex health process and outcomes data analyses and reports for system management decision-making
      - Collaborate with health system stakeholders to design and develop data models and reporting solutions for quality and patient safety
      - Provide technical support and guidance to analysts, managers, clinicians, and executives in utilizing health data
      - Assist in developing ETL processes to acquire and load data from various sources
      - Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations for senior management on key metrics and performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in informatics, information technology, business, data science, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of directly related work experience
      - Knowledge of Healthcare Informatics, Reporting, and Analytics
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Six years of experience in analysis, quality reporting, or decision support, with at least three years in the healthcare industry
      - Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
      - Familiarity with disease processes, care pathways, and medical terminology
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
