What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new healthcare data analytic concepts utilizing knowledge of the claims payment cycle, contracts, policies, and guidelines
- Collaborate with claims analysts, data science, and engineering teams to shape business solutions and deliver results
- Perform data quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sending results to clients
- Design and deploy dashboards and data visualizations for the Pay department
- Act as a liaison between healthcare subject matter experts and data science and engineering teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare data and data analytics
- Proven experience in SQL or associated languages such as R, Python, HIVE, or Databricks
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements and functional code
- Strong attention to detail with investigative and deductive reasoning skills
- Proficient in using enterprise productivity and communication tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Sheets)
