- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Collaborate with stakeholders for data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity and quality by performing routine checks and validations
- Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and reports
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst Intern or Junior Analyst in Healthcare.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations
- Familiarity data visualization techniques to tell a story from complex data sets.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Exposure to programming languages such as SAS, Python, or R.
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Data Analyst with a strong focus on data transformation and visualization to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing healthcare data, creating meaningful visualizations, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Health Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Computer Science or equivalent knowledge/experience. Master’s a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Hybrid work environment. Primarily remote work with some on-site work (on-site work to be determined). Conditions common to an office environment.
INDEPENDENT ACTION:
Performs work independently and applies own judgment on most analytical and technical issues.
