What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze data from various internal departments and external partners for multiple projects
- Interpret and report on programmatic metrics using statistical techniques and tools such as Excel and PowerBI
- Monitor data integrity and provide data entry and reportable analytics
- Collaborate with the Data Manager and Compliance Manager to meet quality assurance and improvement metrics
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy frameworks, including HIPAA standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, along with 4 to 5 years of equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare-related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data, particularly pharmacy and grants
- Experience working with Electronic Health/Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with PowerBi and Power Platform apps
- Understanding of SQL coding and SQL Server database querying
- Experience writing macros within Excel
- Familiarity with STFP
- Ability to travel for job-related activities as necessary
