What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, prepare, interpret, and monitor complex health process and outcomes data analyses and reports
- Collaborate with health system stakeholders to create data models and reporting solutions for quality and patient safety
- Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to support decision-making
- Provide technical support and documentation to analysts, managers, and clinicians
- Assist in developing ETL processes to acquire and load data from internal and external sources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in informatics, information technology, business, data science, or a related field
- Three (3) years of directly related work experience
- Strong skills in database and query design and development for modeling and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six years of experience in analysis, quality reporting, or decision support, with at least three years in the healthcare industry
- Experience with Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with disease processes, care pathways, and medical terminology
- Vizient experience is highly desirable
