What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize SAS to design and complete retrospective statistical studies evaluating clinical program performance
- Construct claims-based datasets using SQL for analysis
- Create polished and dynamic MS Excel models to fulfill analytical requests
- Interpret key data-driven health metrics to inform ongoing clinical program performance
- Communicate ongoing project status, results, and conclusions to requestors effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, actuarial science, health services research, economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare economics, program evaluation, or a related discipline using complex healthcare data
- Knowledge of statistical methods, including multivariate regression and tests of significance
- Proficiency in SQL for data table creation or SAS for conducting statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and pivots

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree, such as an MPH or MS
- Solid interpersonal skills for collaborative interactions with internal customers
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and medical claims data
- Ability to present analytical summaries to key stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
