      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, pharmacoeconomics, health services research, economics, health economics, public health, or a related quantitative discipline
      - 2+ years of programming experience in a professional and/or educational setting
      - Experience with data reporting and analysis
      - Intermediate Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within the healthcare industry
      - Reporting skills using software like Tableau or PowerBI
