Healthcare Executive Recruiter - Remote

Our Recruiting and Executive Search team has achieved record-breaking success in our 20-year history, and we're gearing up for an even stronger 2025.

We're actively seeking experienced Recruiters with 1-3+ years of placing permanent-hire, full-time candidates within the healthcare sector. Ideal candidates are familiar with industry-standard recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems and thrive in fast-paced, autonomous work environments. The Executive Recruiter will source and engage industry professionals over the phone & email, conduct screen calls, match candidates with viable opportunities, prepare candidate presentations, coordinate interviews, follow up with client directors and candidates, and assist in offer negotiations.

Skills and Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
• Must have an internet connection and be comfortable with web-based technology.
• Must be able to work without supervision in the home environment with little distraction.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• College degree strongly preferred.
