What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor electronic referral systems and accept or decline referrals based on guidance from leadership
- Develop connections with discharge planners using inside sales tactics to drive additional referrals
- Notify relevant personnel of new referrals through email and instant messaging
- Gather and send referral information to the intake team for processing into the electronic medical records system
- Participate in strategic planning with leadership to identify growth opportunities and meet admission goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of inside sales or online customer service experience
- Ability to work remotely with a mobile phone, reliable high-speed internet, and adequate workspace for multiple monitors
- Willingness to participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
- Residency in a state where the employer currently operates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare-related sales or service environments
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with referral sources
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Experience in lead generation and outreach campaigns
