      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify patient eligibility and payer coverage guidelines for timely revenue recognition
      - Communicate weekly with site leadership about outstanding documentation or revenue loss issues
      - Prepare and submit eligibility requests according to state and commercial payer guidelines
      - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and company policies
      - Assist with the training of newly hired associates and serve as a subject matter expert on revenue generation issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred
      - Two years of Home Health care or Medical Office experience preferred
      - Knowledge of the insurance eligibility process preferred
      - Skilled in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications
      - Two years of college preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) system preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
