What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
- Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing
- Develop functional specifications, data mapping, and configuration tables
- Identify and resolve gaps in business processes, including user documentation and data migration
- Participate in security/authorization set-up and may be involved in light programming for necessary workarounds

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Deep understanding of information systems and business processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Infor Process Developer (IPA/IPD) Process Flow and AWK scripting language
- Knowledge of basic Unix/AIX commands and SQL/SQL Developer/PL SQL
- Familiarity with Micro-Focus Cobol and Filezilla
- Skills in designing and developing interfaces with other systems
- Ability to manage small to intermediate projects effectively
