Job Overview

The non-Medicare Supervisor will have oversight of all non-Medicare account receivable functions. The Non-Medicare Supervisor will support Non-Medicare team members to ensure timely, accurate submission and payment of non-Medicare invoices. Additionally, a Non-Medicare Supervisor will support the members of his/her team and demonstrate both leadership and resourcefulness.

The Non-Medicare Supervisor will report to the non-Medicare Director. This position is eligible to work in our King of Prussia, PA office or remotely.

Responsibilities

Non-Medicare Supervisor will be able to manage multiple responsibilities including:

• Oversight of Non-Medicare accounts receivable follow-up and strategy

• Quality assurance feedback to team members

• Productivity/goal setting/tracking

• Oversight of allocations for non-Medicare team members

• Development and maintenance of internal spreadsheets and databases, as necessary

• Knowledge of and communication regarding issues related to accounts receivable collections

• Training staff, as needed

• Performance reviews of Non-Medicare Specialists

• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Interested candidates should have outstanding intellectual capability, maturity and judgment. Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 4+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience

• Experience with Home Health/Hospice/ Skilled Nursing EMR systems a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills, and an aggressive approach to excellence

• Provide excellent customer service to peers, management, and clients at all times

• Strong quantitative and analytic skills, Initiative to problem solve

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing working environment
