What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide real-time support to agents by answering questions and resolving issues
- Deliver excellent customer experiences by personalizing interactions and demonstrating empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client business and agent community growth
- Participate in client-specific activities, including communications and support ticket responses
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members through shadowing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible work schedule availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
