      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with customers and gather requirements through meetings and interviews
      - Analyze customer problems and requirements to propose effective solutions
      - Create user requirement specification documents for various projects
      - Provide training and oversight to junior team members on system functionalities
      - Support project delivery teams during design, construction, and testing phases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of experience supporting and/or designing Health Plan Core Administration systems
      - Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines of business
      - Minimum 10 years of experience with elicitation and verification of business and technical requirements
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and work independently or as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience translating Federal and State regulations into actionable requirements for technical teams
      - Familiarity with Xcelys Core Administration Processing System
