What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, ensuring high-quality candidate selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze position details and support the interview and selection processes
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
- Extend offers of employment and manage negotiations with selected candidates
- Track and compile recruiting metrics to monitor performance and improve results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of direct sourcing/recruiting experience, including both non-exempt and exempt positions
- Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recruiting experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience recruiting transportation-related roles
- Knowledge of iCIMS Recruiting Systems
