      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify qualified candidates based on client job requirements and business needs
      - Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, and in-person interviews to assess skill sets and career goals
      - Establish relationships with candidates and employees to build trust and familiarity with various roles
      - Source viable candidates through creative methods, including internet resources and personal networking
      - Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 – 3+ years of agency healthcare recruitment experience
      - Strong experience recruiting Allied Imaging roles and RN's
      - High volume agency recruiting experience is essential
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with an MSP/VMS and/or direct hire recruitment
      - Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly JobDiva
      - Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach
