What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify qualified candidates based on client's job requirements and business needs
- Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, and in-person interviews to assess skills and career goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 – 3+ years of agency healthcare recruitment experience
- Strong experience recruiting Allied Imaging roles
- Expertise recruiting for RNs and Allied professionals at hospitals and medical facilities
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High volume agency recruiting experience
- Experience working with an MSP/VMS and/or direct hire recruitment
- Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., JobDiva)
- Excellent communication skills
