What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify current and future hiring needs and develop job requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with department managers to define applicant qualifications and skills required for open positions
- Source candidates through various channels including databases, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct phone interviews and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Keep up-to-date on employment legislation and ensure compliance within the company
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR certification desired
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in healthcare recruitment
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of personnel
- Experience with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
- Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies to enhance applicant quality, particularly for hard-to-fill positions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system configuration and reporting
- Knowledge of employment law and relevant legislation
