What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients in developing business case proposals, including project scope, objectives, and resource requirements
- Analyze health-related data to identify trends and present findings to upper management
- Collaborate with business owners to document business requirements and functional specifications
- Develop and validate test plans and scenarios to ensure project success prior to implementation
- Serve as a project manager for selected projects, adhering to organizational project management processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a healthcare business analyst
- Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn additional analytics tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and MS Project
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Six Sigma and Process Engineering
- Familiarity with healthcare and MA (Medicare Advantage) processes
- Experience in developing business case documentation for organizational projects
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, especially with executive management
