      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for the ServiceNow platform
      - Manage changes to requirements and resolve issues innovatively and practically
      - Maintain the feature roadmap for the service management platform and ensure stakeholders maximize its potential
      - Develop service management strategies and evaluate performance against industry best practices
      - Identify opportunities for improvement to support ministry goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow or a similar platform
      - Required education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
      - Solid understanding of Information Technology Service Management practices
      - Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS), Cloud Architecture, AI, and ML technologies
      - Strong communication, writing, and editing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ITIL advanced certifications
      - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
      - ITIL Foundation certification (required or to be completed within one year of hire)
      - Scrum Master certification (required or to be completed within one year of hire)
