Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will operate backhoes, excavators, and loaders to assist cleanup crews and teams in various projects. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, excavators, and loaders to assist in cleanup operations.
  
• Load, unload, and move materials as required for project completion.
  
• Ensure equipment is used safely and efficiently to minimize risk and maximize productivity.
  
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  
• Follow worksite safety protocols and comply with all company and regulatory standards.
  
• Assist cleanup crews by providing support with material handling and debris removal.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Identify potential hazards and report safety concerns promptly.
  
• Adapt to different job site conditions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience operating heavy-duty equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and loaders.
  
• Valid equipment operator certification or license preferred
  
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation.
  
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme weather.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when needed.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as job demands.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleanup, construction, or disaster recovery projects.
  
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is a plus.
  
• Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and maintenance of heavy equipment.
