      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 1 support for users accessing various web-based programs via phone, live chat, and email
      - Assist users with account access, password resets, and account maintenance
      - Troubleshoot and configure Internet browser settings for optimal program usage
      - Document, track, and monitor incidents in the ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions
      - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to exceed their expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
      - One (1) year of technical support experience preferred
      - One (1) year of experience in a call center or help desk environment preferred
      - Working knowledge of Windows 10 and various web browsers (MS Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ticketing systems for incident management
      - Familiarity with various computer tools and basic commands
      - Strong multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment
      - Previous experience in a federal contracting context
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
