What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial contact for all employees seeking technical support
- Prioritize and respond to all tickets by troubleshooting or escalating as needed
- Document incidents and resolutions to contribute to the knowledge base
- Communicate effectively via various methods
- Utilize problem-solving skills and deductive reasoning to address tech issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Active Directory preferred
- IT certifications preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and use MS Windows Applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service roles
- Knowledge of virtual platforms
