What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 1 support for enterprise applications and infrastructure divisions
- Install, configure, and maintain campus-specific software and services
- Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop computers across campuses
- Collaborate with college employees and IT management on technology plans
- Assist students and faculty in the labs by demonstrating equipment use

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in Maine
- Familiarity with helpdesk support and Windows products
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to keep up to date with current computer technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with email migration
- Knowledge of project management related to computer/lab replacement cycles
- Skills in developing and maintaining desktop documentation
