What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support
- Provide end-user support on a variety of IT issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on PC software, applications, voice software, and mobile devices
- Coordinate with internal IT organization support and vendors to resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and upgrade PC software when required and respond to service outages
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant field experience
- Strong dedication to quality white glove customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office 365, Windows 10-11, iManage Work 10, DeskSite, Document Comparison Tools/Track Changes, Litera products, Adobe Acrobat DC, Citrix Remote Access, Zoom, MS Teams
- Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot, establish priorities, anticipate consequences, make decisions, and take action with meticulous attention to detail
- Previous law firm or professional services experience desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting
- Familiarity with Help Desk operations and Windows-based workstations
