      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality, responsive support using relationship-based coaching strategies to promote continuous quality improvement
      - Respond to inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries regarding state online systems
      - Identify and resolve issues related to early childhood education resources and services
      - Connect families and educators to appropriate support resources and services
      - Participate in assigned meetings, events, and training as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
      - Minimum of three (3) years of previous work in early childhood education or a related field
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish with both written and verbal skills
      - Physical exam and background checks are required for this position
      - Must have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent
      - Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, such as Salesforce
      - Knowledge of Indiana childcare provider and family resources and systems, such as the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) and licensing regulations
