What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-tier technical support for computer operations, including installations, setup, and application use
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems in a Windows 10 & 11 environment
- Document and track requests for assistance, escalating unresolved issues as necessary
- Manage Active Directory user, group, and computer accounts
- Install and support PC hardware and peripherals, including printers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of work experience
- Hands-on experience with MS Office M365 Applications, Microsoft Edge, and Outlook
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11, Citrix, VPN, and remote access
- Basic understanding of networking technologies and protocols such as IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of security applications, including antivirus software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience with a High School Diploma, 2+ years with an Associate's Degree, or 0+ years with a Bachelor's Degree; A+ certification
- Familiarity with Service Now ticketing software and remote troubleshooting
- Knowledge of iPhone, Microsoft Authenticator, and Microsoft InTune
