      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional, customer-focused support to troubleshoot, register, and resolve mobile device issues for users
      - Diagnose issues by identifying the nature of calls, determining root causes, and providing effective solutions or escalating as needed
      - Build rapport with users of various backgrounds to ensure a positive support experience
      - Stay informed on the evolving mobile device landscape and the client’s mobile policies to provide up-to-date assistance
      - Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, and wireless configuration (Apple/Android)
      - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and multitasking abilities
      - Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
      - High School Diploma or equivalent experience
      - Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile device issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active TS clearance strongly preferred
      - Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
      - Familiarity with government personnel and operations
      - Ability to contribute to a 24/7 on-call support rotation
      - Knowledge of current mobile device trends and security policies
