      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, manage, and close tickets using the ticketing system
      - Process all inbound and outbound electronic files for clients and vendors
      - Communicate any technical issues or unusual activities to the manager
      - Document and maintain all file processing procedures
      - Provide troubleshooting support for end-user technical problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
      - Moderate level of expertise in Word and Excel
      - Ability to maintain repetitive tasks
      - A+ certification is a plus
      - 1 to 2 years of experience in a Help Desk role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ticketing systems like CastIMS
      - Strong communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting printers and telephony equipment
      - Knowledge of application support and installation processes
