- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct manual functional tests to verify the integrity, security, and usability of web-based enterprise software.
- Contribute to the development of automated testing processes.
- Accurately document system defects and participate in established test processes.
- Provide technical support to end-users using Zendesk Suite, facilitating solutions via phone, email, and chat.
- Additional duties as assigned to enhance overall understanding and skills.
- Knowledge of web-based applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
- Experience with TestComplete and Zendesk (desired but not required).
- US Citizen for Government Contractors.
- Proficient in Spanish (required)
- Working knowledge of web-based programming languages and tools.
- Collaboration with software developers to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with technology, including web-based systems and Microsoft Office.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology and/or 3 years position-related experience is required.
Help Desk/ IT Support
Redan LLC is looking for a Help Desk / IT Support to be part of a growing team in the federal sector.
As a Help Desk/IT Support, you will collaborate daily with a dynamic team, including web developers, business analysts, and fellow testers and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our web-based enterprise software solution. Upon completion of the testing training, there is a unique opportunity to transition into a role as IT Support on our customer service desk, providing valuable insights into system enhancements and bug fixes.
This position offers a unique opportunity for entry-level individuals seeking a career in IT. It serves as an ideal starting point for those passionate about technology but unsure where to begin. The candidate will receive comprehensive training in system testing, Agile methodologies, and technical support, laying a strong foundation for a successful IT career.
