      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee monitoring and response to agent chat and reported IT issues for the assigned customer team
      - Manage support level one escalations effectively
      - Conduct quality assurance for supervisory review and delivery
      - Update tasks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
      - Assist in balancing workload and case assignments during agent outages or volume changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of related benefits experience and/or training
      - Proficiency in case management and associated reporting
      - Knowledge of group life and health, along with federal regulations such as Section 125, ERISA, and COBRA
      - Professional communication skills
      - Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and HRIS

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Bi-lingual in Spanish
