      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage escalation procedures to maintain service levels
      - Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution
      - Escalate customer/application issues to functional or programming staff as necessary
      - Conduct research, isolation, and resolution of technical problems
      - Respond to and diagnose issues through user interaction to identify problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate's degree
      - Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in Helpdesk Support
      - Experience with Momentum and Unified Financial Management Systems (UFMS)
      - Two or more years of work experience in an acquisition/procurement or similar environment
      - Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service and incident response
      - Familiarity with problem management databases and help desk systems
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
