What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, Teams, and in person when necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve tier 1 technical incidents
- Document and track all support interactions
- Escalate complex issues to tier 2 support and other teams
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- 1+ years of related experience and/or training in a computer-related field or equivalent experience with industry-related training and networking certifications
- Ability to provide efficient and timely support in a 24x7 environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
