      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set up and/or repair computer equipment and related devices
      - Maintain system capabilities by testing existing equipment, programs, and software
      - Document changes, revisions, and problems
      - Train users on the proper use of hardware and software
      - Manage and train beginner specialists while performing Tier II Technician responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting software and hardware in a customer service role
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
      - High school diploma or equivalent experience
      - Must be able to pass the Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Information Technology - Network Administration
      - CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
