      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide in-depth technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access
      - Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
      - Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical problems and implement solutions
      - Document all troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate IT procedures and knowledge base articles
      - Perform routine system maintenance and monitor system performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role, with at least 1 year in a Tier 2 capacity
      - Proven experience troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues
      - Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts
      - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are highly desirable
      - Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems
      - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
