      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, analyze, and resolve trouble tickets via telephone or email
      - Provide first-level helpdesk support for issues related to desktop software, hardware, and peripherals
      - Maintain detailed work logs and provide technical documentation within the ticketing system
      - Monitor and manage assigned work queues effectively to meet SLAs and KPIs
      - Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess excellent customer service skills
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
      - At least 2 years of Contact Center/Help Desk or customer service experience
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
      - Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule to support 24/7 operations

      - Previous experience in a technical support role
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
