      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide IT support services to end-users, ensuring effective troubleshooting of Windows and Office applications
      - Set up printers and configure end-user laptops and desktops while administering phone systems
      - Monitor and maintain the helpdesk system, logging all tickets in the CRM tool
      - Train users on IT policies, procedures, and software applications
      - Administer Active Directory, manage user IDs, and maintain file permissions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Active Directory management and Office 365 administration
      - Proven experience in VPN troubleshooting and desktop troubleshooting (2+ years)
      - A+ Certification is required
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse user groups
      - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize customer incidents for timely resolution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
      - Experience supporting Lenovo and Dell hardware
      - Familiarity with replacing or upgrading end-user systems
      - Background in dental environments is highly desired
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree and/or related certification preferred
