What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support services to end-users, focusing on achieving positive business results
- Troubleshoot Windows and Office applications and basic end-user networking issues
- Set up printers, install and configure end-user laptops and desktops, and manage phone systems
- Monitor and maintain the help desk system, logging all tickets in the CRM tool
- Train users on network, email, telephones, and software usage, as well as IT policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Active Directory management, Office 365 administration, VPN troubleshooting, and desktop troubleshooting
- A+ Certification required
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and escalate issues to ensure exceptional customer service
- Proven track record in a high-volume support desk with first call resolution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years' experience in an MSP environment
- Experience supporting Lenovo and Dell hardware
- Working knowledge of replacing or upgrading end-user systems
- Experience in dental environments highly desired
- Associate Degree/Bachelor's degree and/or related certification preferred
