What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support to users
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues efficiently
- Train end-users on setting up and using new technologies
- Backup and restore organizational data files and systems
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware in a customer service role; 3+ years of experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology - Network Administration or equivalent experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Must be able to pass the Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
- Additional years of experience in IT support roles
