What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first level Help Desk support for the Office of Information Systems
- Troubleshoot Mac and PC computers, operating systems, and applications
- Setup and support mobile devices, iOS, and Android
- Enter trouble tickets into the Help Desk ticketing system
- Monitor system logs for errors and escalate error conditions as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and wireless configuration, including TCP/IP protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot various operating systems and applications
- Effective communication skills at a technical and end-user level
- A+ Certification or equivalent
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an IT support role
