      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, install, configure, and maintain all applications and hardware
      - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly to meet contractual SLAs at the L3 Service Level
      - Monitor and analyze Helpdesk entries to ensure client needs are met
      - Provide ongoing education and training to users
      - Investigate customer relationship problems and propose business solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or 8+ years of IT Hardware/Software Application Support
      - CompTIA Security+ Certification
      - Active DOD Security Clearance at the Secret Level or higher
      - Strong technical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and flexible hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working on an IT Service Desk supporting 500+ customers
      - 8+ years of IT Experience working with the United States Government
      - Experience with software deployment and application support
      - Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
