What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, install, configure, maintain, and support applications and hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to meet contractual SLAs at the L3 Service Level
- Monitor and analyze Helpdesk entries to ensure client needs are met
- Provide ongoing education and training to users and propose solutions for optimal results
- Investigate customer relationship problems and propose necessary business solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or 8+ years of IT Hardware/Software Application Support
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Active DOD Security Clearance at the Secret Level or higher
- Strong technical ability and knowledge of IT operations in a government environment
- Excellent written, oral communication, leadership, and reporting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working on an IT Service Desk supporting 500+ customers
- 8+ years of IT experience working with the United States Government
- Experience with software deployment and application support
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
