      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide application support services and technical assistance for the SWC computer system
      - Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn skills and techniques for supporting software and hardware
      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop PCs, laptops, and operating systems
      - Participate in various IT projects to enhance system functionality and user experience
      - Document issues and services provided using ticketing software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Training or experience imaging and troubleshooting desktop PCs and laptops
      - Experience installing or supporting MS Windows 10 and Office 365
      - Education or experience providing IT customer support via phone or deskside
      - Ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer complaints
      - Must be able to pass a background check and receive a TB test prior to employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing IT support in a large campus environment with over 200 users
      - Familiarity with managing and configuring Apple iOS devices
      - Experience installing HP Laser printers
      - Background in a healthcare environment such as a hospital or residential facility
