What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support for Microsoft business applications, hardware, and networking issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, firewall, switch, and backup system issues
- Manage user accounts and settings in Active Directory and O365
- Support VoIP systems, VPNs, and Remote Desktop Services
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and service tickets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with PC, server, and network troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Familiarity with security best practices and IT support tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior help desk experience in a small to mid-sized business environment
