What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model
- Strong communication, reading, spelling, and typing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Windows, CompTIA, Cisco)
- Experience with basic networking and troubleshooting technologies
