What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain support for the video environment and oversee day-to-day functional requirements across the VTC infrastructure
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software, including data migration
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software
- Train end users on operating equipment and assist in developing/updating Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitor, update, and maintain tickets in the defined ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience; minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; or High School Diploma and 12 years of experience
- U.S. Citizenship required; must have the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Knowledge of VMware for VTC facilities, scheduling practices, and room setup
- Proficiency in CISCO networking (routing and switching)
- Ability to troubleshoot VTC equipment and networking issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with physical and virtual server technologies and platforms
- Knowledge in audio and video distribution
- Familiarity with operating webcasts, web meetings, and webinars
