What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tiered support for call in, email, or chat generated incidents
- Manage incidents using incident management, knowledge base, and request fulfillment processes
- Maintain accurate and timely activity data for incidents
- Diagnose and resolve IT-related incidents remotely, including software patching, installing, uninstalling, upgrading, downgrading, and hardware repairs
- Handle calls from the entire organization, including stores, distribution centers, and end users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a remote Help Desk role servicing internal and external users
- Experience with POS systems at retail stores
- 6+ months of experience supporting PC software, hardware, and peripherals in an office environment as a Service Desk or Help Desk technician
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Suite tools
- Experience using Cisco Jabber for phone calls

- Bilingual in Spanish
